The Superior Double Room featured a spacious layout with a variety of coffee-making equipment, perfect for those who enjoy hot beverages. The well-decorated bathroom came stocked with ample toiletries, providing a comfortable touch to the stay.
The breakfast experience fell flat, with a 30-minute wait and a lack of sauces on the table. Although the bed sheets were clean, the view from the room was marred by outdoor bins and scaffolding, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The bathtub was particularly small, which might not suit everyone’s preferences. there were recurring issues with overcooked food items at breakfast, such as hard tomatoes and dry black pudding, making it hard to understand the breakfast package's value.

Just a proper fit for short stay in Conwy with excellent value for money. Breakfast choice was impressive, especially the kippers which were the best I have ever tasted. Parking might be tricky, so plan to arrive early.

The hotel has plenty of charm and excellent staff that made for a lovely stay. The room was clean and spacious, but dining options felt limited with a high price tag. Free parking was a plus, though the noise from nearby pubs may disrupt light sleepers.

the staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful. our room was super comfy and had a great view of conwy castle. the food at dinner was really good and they even catered to our requests. loved how central the hotel is, perfect for exploring the town. we also had a lovely breakfast in the snug with our dog, who felt very welcome here.
the bathroom did have a damp smell, and we noticed some bird droppings on the door that could've been cleaned better.

Cozy stay with great food!
Had a fab time chilling in our lovely room with that classic charm. The staff were super friendly, and we really enjoyed the Welsh cheese souffle at the bar. Just a bit noisy outside on Saturday night, but it’s right in the action, so what do ya expect?

Couples looking for a special getaway
The food was excellent – we had dinner in the main restaurant, and it blew us away. And the room, man, full of character, even a dog bed included for our furry companion.
It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

The room I stayed in had a quirky decor that instantly captured my attention. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is essential after a long day exploring Conwy. Breakfast, featuring the Full Welsh Breakfast, stood out with its quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation. One downside was the disorganization during breakfast service. It felt chaotic at times, and I noticed some delays in receiving our orders. The hotel's location was perfect for wandering around the charming town, but the parking area was tricky to access. Staff were welcoming, but they could be more attentive during busy periods. the ambiance of the hotel made for a pleasant stay despite the few hiccups.

The spacious room featured a charming blend of antique furniture and modern amenities, creating a cozy atmosphere with a lovely view. Breakfast was a highlight, with an array of options like the Full Welsh Breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. the inability to open the window during meal service was inconvenient, and the stained bathrobes detracted from the experience. Despite these minor issues, the overall comfort and great dining options made the stay enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on 02 Marnoisy environment
Rooms can vary significantly in quality. some views include bins and scaffolding, which isn't ideal for a special stay. Expect some noise from the bar and outside, especially during busy times, which may disrupt relaxation. Breakfast options lacked variety and were sometimes poorly executed, leading to a disappointing start to the day. While the parking is complimentary, gaining access requires navigating a tight entrance that can be tricky, especially with a larger vehicle.
